The 7ID application (we, the application, the app) is owned, developed and provided by Kazathy Inc, which is located in Blairsville, GA, US.
We value the privacy of our users and are committed to protecting their personal information. We do not collect or store any unnecessary data.
Image Collection. Your ID Photos
Our app ensures the privacy of your photos.
Images are uploaded to our servers via HTTPS only if you order a paid ID photo service (Pro and Business plans). These photos are used exclusively to deliver the desired results and for customer support.
In all other situations images stay on your device only and are not transferred anywhere. The images are not shared with or disclosed to any third parties. The images are automatically deleted from the servers within one year.
Signature images stay on your device only.
PIN Codes, QR Codes, Signature Images, DV Lottery Confirmation Code are never collected
The app never collects or transmits PIN codes, QR codes, signature images, nor DV Lottery confirmation code. All this information is kept on your device only.
Use of Camera in The App
Camera permission is exclusively used for capturing your photo, which will be converted into a passport or ID photo.
Use of Image Gallery (Library)
Access to images from the image gallery (library) is solely required for:
- Selecting a photo as a source for a passport or ID photo.
- Exporting a result photo to the gallery if the user wants to save it.
Information Collected by The App
We don't collect any Personal Identifying Information (PII) or sensitive information except for ID photo images under paid plans only as described in the Image Collection section.
The app collects the following anonymous information: user's country, interface language, device model name, and OS version (Android or iOS). No other information is collected. The collected information is used exclusively for statistical purposes and to inform development decisions. This information may also be used to provide technical support.
No Third-Party Advertising
The app does not display any third-party advertisements and is not part of any advertising network.
Data Retention and Deletion Policy
ID photos are automatically deleted from our servers within one year. Other anonymous data, such as the user's country or operating system version, may be retained for up to 10 years.
To delete your data please contact us at support@visafoto.com, giving your app ID that you can copy on the Info & Settings screen.
